CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION

  • Diagnosis of HIV/AIDS
  • Willingness to remain substance free
  • Ability to maintain a guest residence
  • Willingness to live cooperatively with others
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with your case manager.

SERVICES PROVIDED

  • On site support group
  • Financial management assistance
  • Assistance with daily chores as needed
  • Permanent housing in individual guest residence
  • Education, creative, spiritual and recreational group activities
  • Case management and coordination of medical, legal and other services
